Transgender Day of Remembrance

This isn’t perfect. It’s uneven, my handwriting is a bit messy, a word or two is misspelled, and the lighting is all off. But I just spent the last hour and a half researching these people’s names. I didn’t even know most of them. And they had their lives taken away from them just because of their gender identity. Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance. I honor my trans siblings who had so much to offer us. Transphobia is a battle that will be fought for a very long time.

Everyone who isn’t mentioned belongs there. My room isn’t big enough to hold all of them. Please remember that #TransLivesMatter, and if someone who you love is thinking of committing suicide or is in danger, please help out. We don’t need to add more names to this list.
